Finding Your Center:

Support for Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety often feels like a constant battle with your own thoughts. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we work on developing 'psychological flexibility.' Instead of trying to delete or outrun your anxiety—which often only makes it louder—we learn how to change your relationship with it.

Through ACT, you will learn mindfulness tools to stay present and anchored, even when your mind is racing. We move from 'fighting the feeling' to taking action that aligns with your deepest values, allowing you to live a full, meaningful life even in the midst of uncertainty.

The Approach:

My work focuses on understanding the beliefs and nervous system responses underneath these experiences. Using DBT, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness, we build practical tools to help you feel steady, present, and more in control of your emotional world.

What to Expect:

  • Tools for Regulation: Learning how to calm your system during a spike of anxiety.

  • Grief & Loss Support: A compassionate space to move through life's transitions.

  • Social Anxiety: Exploring the roots of fear and shame to build true confidence.
