Release the Past: Trauma Healing & EMDR Therapy

Trauma isn't just what happened to you; it’s what happens inside of you as a result. It shapes how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and how safe you feel in your own body. You may struggle with flashbacks, hypervigilance, or a loud inner critic that says you are unworthy.

The Approach: I specialize in helping clients gently explore and release these "core wounds." Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and somatic work, we help your brain reprocess overwhelming memories so they no longer trigger a "fight-or-flight" response in the present.
